Necessity and prohibition about production safety:
Production safety is the enterprise's major event. In order to guarantee the staff safety and the enterprise property, the company makes the following stipulation especially, for the earnest study and the strict execution.
(1) “13 don’ts” for production area:
A. To enhance open fire management and don’t smoke at the production post.
B. Don’t bring children to enter the production area.
C. Don’t put on the slipper in working time.
D. Don’t drink before and in the work.
E. Don’t usd gasolinel and other flammable fluid to scrub the equipment, apparatus and clothes.
F. Don’t enter the production post with no protective things (including glove, mouthcover, work shoes and so on)
G. Don’t use equipments with incomplete safe devices.
H. Don’t permit to use equipment not in charge.
I. Don’t maintain equipments without security measure taken.
J. Don’t start equipments before a thoroughly check after fixing.
K. Don’t pull electric circuit pell-mell.
L. Don’t discard garbage, wasted porcelain, waste materials but to place orderly and respectively.
M. Don’t put products or working tools in disorder.
(2) 6 tips for operators:
A. Stick to duty shifting system strictly.
B. Stick to cruising check strictly.
C. Control craft indexes strictly.
D. Stick to operation rules strictly.
E. Obey labor disciplines strictly.
F, Stick to the safety rules.
